Bag o' Crap... a review of faulty products

Hello everyone!

Long time no see once again but work dominates my free time once again. In the meantime I am always keeping in touch with my favorite hobby one way or another, and this time I got into a shopping spree, following the Christmas spirit of course.

I rarely do product reviews, but this time I felt I had to since I was so overwhelmed with what I eventually received. Not so long ago, Secret Weapon miniatures offered for a limited time only a bag full of random miscasts for a very low price. When talking about miscasts though, the only problems with these bases are some random bubbles here and there, most of them on the blind side on the bottom. To put it simply, this is one of the best purchases I've done in a long time!  I will let the pictures speak for themselves...

Tons of bases as well as some very nice pieces of terrain! The only major miscast I've found in this huge bag was this one:
...a little sawing off and mounting it on a fresh plastic base and its good as new!

So there you go! I would love to hear from other people that ordered the same bag, share their experience with me as I know they were quite random.

Finally, as always music for inspiration... Till next time! Take care everybody!

I bought a bag, and posted the contents on the WGC FB page, Mr. Justin from Secret Weapon is also a member. He saw the post and calculated that I had receive about $180.00 of resin, for $27.00, pretty good deal. There was even a, "yet to be released", base in it. After that I ordered another bag and again was amazed at the contents. As I don't paint armies, I now have enough bases to last me years. Thanks, Mr. Justin.

  2. Well, I haven't really calculated how much my bases really cost, but I'm sure they're about that level! If I could I would buy another one too! I hope that we can get some more of these in the future!
